ORDERING
You can track your order status under “My Account”. An email confirmation also will be sent out once your order has been shipped out.
We accept a variety of payments including Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard), Credit / Debit Card (UnionPay), FPX, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, TouchnGo Pay, Maybank QR, Mcash.
Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
If you want to cancel your placed order for any reason, please contact us immediately at hoogashopcae@gmail.com. We will process your order cancellation within 5 working days. Do not visit any HOOGA stores to cancel your order placed. You can quote us your order number and we will do everything we can to accommodate to your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you.
HOOGA reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.
There’s no online membership program at the moment. You may redeem your member points at your nearest HOOGA store
SHIPPING & RETURNS

We only ship to Malaysia address for the time being and HOOGA online commerce store only services within Malaysia.
West Malaysia – 3 to 7 working days
East Malaysia – 5 to 12 working days
At HOOGA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Do not visit any HOOGA stores to return your purchased.
